Selected high-quality materials
Raftec selects SPCC low-carbon cold-rolled strip steel plate (carbon content ≤ 0.25%), which meets European standards such as EN10130 and EN10131. Its material has high plasticity and toughness, especially good cold deformation plasticity, high pressure resistance, superior welding performance, and excellent corrosion resistance.
Fully automated production line
Raftec strictly adheres to the 1SO 9001:2015 production quality management system, and is processed and manufactured by the internationally advanced Italian LEAS fully automated intelligent welding production line. There is no manual intervention throughout the entire process, and the production efficiency is increased by 2.5 times, ensuring that the product quality is qualified when it leaves the factory.
Advanced turbulence technology
Superior to the industry's 5-hole water channel plate connection ring and ultra large capacity water channel plate design, it ensures a reasonable turbulent circulation state. Compared to the laminar structure of ordinary steel plate radiators, it has higher thermal conductivity, greatly improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the radiator.
European surface treatment technology
The surface treatment of Raftec steel plate radiators has undergone five advanced European level processes:
1. Pre degreasing+main degreasing
2. High pressure pure water rinsing+drying
3. Surface treatment of Henkel nanoceramics from Germany
4. Epoxy resin electrostatic powder spraying
5. High temperature baking molding at 200 °C
Raftec radiator Industry 4.0 smart factory has industry-leading intelligent European imported equipment and professional technology. The fully automated production line strictly complies with the ISO 9001:2015 production quality management system. Each set of radiators is manufactured according to the EN442 standard, and the products have passed rigorous testing by international authoritative institutions and successfully obtained CE certification. Raftec steel plate radiators have undergone 10 bar pressure testing and 4 full inspections to ensure consistent product quality. The products are insured by China Pacific Property Insurance Company for product liability insurance, ensuring quality and peace of mind during use.
